Return Process

  Log in to your wholesale account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return within 14 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all vintage tags and wholesale labels remain attached and intact.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
